The Position

We are looking to add a sonographer to our exceptional sonographer team to deliver quality patient care while performing diagnostic and screening breast ultrasounds and related diagnostic procedures. Candidate must have the ability to independently operate ultrasound equipment and assist physicians in the diagnosis process. Sonographers will receive extensive training upon hire. The position offers full-time days, with shifts ending no later than 5:30 pm, with no calls, holidays, or weekends.

 

General Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contribute to quality patient care while performing ultrasound procedures
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to perform screening breast ultrasounds
  • Occasionally perform procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease (FNAC, cyst aspirations, and ultrasound core biopsy)
  • Correlate mammographic and MRI information with ultrasound examinations
  • Use independent judgment during the ultrasound exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathological findings
  • Complete medical billing forms, and maintain records, logs, and reports of daily work performed
  • Reports directly to Ultrasound Department Manager

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program Registry eligible upon graduation
  • Required to pass ARDMS Breast board exam within 6 months of hire
  • Basic computer knowledge is necessary; familiarity with EHR and PACS systems beneficial
  • Ability to maintain great customer service skills in a high-volume facility

The Position:

We are looking for a full-time, part time and/or per diem MRI technologist. This position works with a team, using MRI to serve our high risk and newly diagnosed patients. The position offers full time with no holidays or call.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review MRI procedure with the patient
  • Perform breast MRI
  • Work closely with radiologists
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Current state licensing
  • CPR certification helpful
  • Breast MRI experience optimal, but not required (willing to train)
  • Injection certification preferred (willing to train)
  • Self-motivated/independent
  • Basic computer knowledge necessary; familiarity with EHR and PACS systems beneficial
  • Ability to maintain great customer service skills in a high-volume facility

Job Summary

The Controller is responsible for working closely with the Operations Officer to oversee the accounting processes, assist in management of facility and IT departments. Candidates should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The role requires relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions
  • Ensures operation of equipment by establishing preventive maintenance requirements and service contracts, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques

Hourly rate: up to $105,000.00

The Position

Our medical facility is currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the position of Facilities Coordinator. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, working closely with all other departments and staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

 

General Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
  • Purchase, receive and issue all medical, office and janitorial supplies
  • Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
  • Regularly meet with sales personnel/service providers to obtain competitive quotes for required/requested services
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocol

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in facilities management position
  • Must be proficient in basic repair and maintenance tasks
  • Strong purchasing experience and warehouse control systems
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Must have solid computer and software skills

Compensation $19.00-$25.00 hourly

Job Summary

Responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, verifying and updating patient information with accuracy, handling insurance, deductibles and co-pays, while ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments
  • Check in patients
  • Verify and update patient information in the EHR system
  • Collect co-pays and deductibles from patients at time of appointment
  • Ability to work at any/all satellite locations

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge necessary; familiarity with electronic medical health care record systems beneficial
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Performance Standards

Patient Service Representatives are expected to perform well in a team environment and to make the needs of our patients their number one priority. The ability to multi task and attention to detail is essential in this role. This position report directly to the Front Desk/Call Center Managers.

 

Hourly $18.00-$23.00

Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for obtaining quality images in the modality of mammography as outlined by The American College of Radiology and Elizabeth Wende Breast Care protocol. The candidate will work independently, yet be part of a team that will focus on the entire needs of the patient. This includes serving as a point of contact for the patient as it relates to her healthcare, performing routine and additional views, review of images prior to interpretation, prepare any documentation in patient electronic medical record, and act as a liaison between the patient and physician.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to quality patient care while delivering mammography procedures
  • Operates radiologic equipment and performs procedures to assist physicians in diagnosis of disease
  • Review images for quality control
  • Troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Two-year program with ARRT registration and New York State licensed
  • Must obtain mammography certification in two years from date of hire
  • Basic computer knowledge necessary; familiarity with EHR and PACS systems beneficial
  • Ability to maintain great customer service skills in a high-volume facility

Performance Standards

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as adopt a teamwork mindset within the Technologist department. Technologists reports directly to Technologist/ Mammography Department Manager.

 

Hourly-up to $40.00
